This policy covers the Via waitlist and the contact form.
When Via launches, we'll update it accordingly.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address.

If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the content of your message. Nothing else.

Why

We use your email address to let you know when Via is ready, to send important updates about your invitation, and to reply if you contact us. We do not send newsletters or promotional emails.

What we don't collect

At this stage we do not collect your location, travel preferences, payment information or product usage data.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to respond to your message or maintain the waitlist.

Your choice

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

Security & Abuse Prevention

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our website against automated abuse and spam. Turnstile evaluates non-identifying telemetry to detect bots in accordance with Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
